How do I choose the right garment to fit my needs?

Decide when you would most likely want to wear the garment. If you are trying to make this garment apart of your daily wardrobe to help with workouts, bulging belly, back fat, posture and back support please note that during your consultation. If this is a garment that you want for those special occasions then we will also provide recommendations for those purposes as well.   Full Body Faja - is designed to provide compression to the thighs and compresses the abdomen in all three levels. Good for wearing under form fitted dresses, can be worn up to 8 hours  if desired to wear daily.   High Compression Adjustable But Lifting Shaper - Our body shaper with a special front U-type anti-droop open bust design gives you a natural slimmer feminine curve. THIS IS OUR MOST POPULAR STYLE! Good for wearing to work and daily wear.   Seamless Body Shaper - The waist shaper's extra high waist design provides moderate compression on your midsection, so it can help flatten tummy. This is my first time wearing shapewear, what can I expect?

Each garment has it's own purpose. If you are choosing to purchase a firm support garment it is recommended that you start off in the garment upto 4 hours and gradually increase to an 8 hour wear. Each garment will provide some form of support so be aware that discomfort will occur until the garment begins to form to your body type. You will become use to the firmness the more frequent you wear the garment.

How do I know what size garment to choose?

These garments are true to size. The sizing chart can help you select the right size garment. The garments that have stages can conveniently move in 4 different stages so no worries it will fit. Remember the first few times wearing the garment everything will be very firm and tight. The goal is to pull everything in and smooth things out so you definitely dont want to get a size larger than necessary.
